FAQs

Yes, we offer free delivery for Great Falls venues. If you’re out of town, no worries- we charge $1/mile round trip. We require delivery for cakes larger than 2 tiers.
We do offer tastings! Right now we opt to do tastings to-go. Tastings are usually done 6 months before the big day.
We set up our products if you opt for delivery, but do not stay to cut the cake or tear down. We also require that the cake table be set up and arranged how the couple would like it before we place our products on it.
We will base your number of servings on the number of people you have invited. Once the RSVP’s are back, we can adjust the number of servings at no extra cost to you. You will not be locked into a serving amount until 2 months before your wedding.

Bride or Groom Process

White Bear takes extreme pride in the cakes and deserts we customize for our clients. Once you review our process and are interested in becoming a 2025-2026 bride or groom, please fill out the inquiry page at the bottom of this page. Rylie will then send over a contract for you and your fiancé to review/sign/send back if we have the date available. There are stipulations to perk of an anniversary tier, and if any part of the contract is broken Rylie refuses the right to offer the anniversary tier.

Cake Tasting Boxes

We offer cake tasting boxes 3 times a year:

2025: February 21st, May 23rd, November 7th

2026: February 27th, May 22nd, November 13th

Box Includes 3 Specialty Cake Flavors

Along with phone consultation about cake tier sizes, serving sizes

Cost: $25/person, due before tasting. 1/2 of this amount will be deducted from the total cost if booking with White Bear Baking Co.

Cost deducted only applies to the bride/groom, bride/bride, groom/groom. If other guests wish to purchase a box of 3, their deposit will not be applied to the wedding cake order. Furthermore, the wedding cake order MUST be over $250 to apply any tasting deposit discount to the order.

One Year Anniversary Tier Gift

We don’t want you to need to freeze your top tier. White Bear Baking Co. offers clients a one-year anniversary tier as a gift*

Client must notify a minimum of two weeks in advance and must be picked up during hours specified by Rylie. Clients must reach out to notify, Rylie will not message couples to arrange. Can add florals and extra details at an extra cost.

Only one tier will be available, even if there are multiple cakes purchased. This will NOT be available for only 1 tiered purchases, wedding cake must be 2+ tiers.

*If the non-competition vendor contract is broken, this perk will not be available for any bride or groom, see clause below

Non-Competition Vendor Clause

White Bear is able to provide cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. If you do choose to go with another bakery, whatever reason that could be (budget, taste, etc.) for other products, White Bear cannot offer an anniversary tier gift.
